Great, I'm glad some of my advice actually worked lol.įor me, the whole talking thing comes from memorizing something (like a monologue) and reciting it. I think i will do this job for a lot of years and i can't go on risking my life like this. I'm considering some caffeine tables, that are easy to buy at every sport supplement's store, but i'm worried they could be too strong and they could mess my sleep cicle and my body even more. I don't want to drink more energy drinks because they're full of sugars and they're pretty fat and unhealthy. Anyway, sometimes all this just don't help. Usually, when i have to work at night, i start drinking coffee at dinner, and then i drink a couple more during night, i eat healthy food a couple of time and i recently started drinking a Red Bull 30 minutes before i leave the office. ![]() Most of the times, while driving back home, i'm drowsy, my eyes keep closing and i'm really worried i could have an accident. The day before, sometimes i wake up around 10 am, so i have to stay awake almost 20 hours sometimes i can sleep until 2 pm. I do a 24/7 shift work and my office is 50 Km away from my city, so i often have to drive back home at 6 am, on a long boring highway, after working from 22 to 6. /r/FrugalLearning - An affordable approach to learning./r/LifeLongLearning - A place to share and learn about the wealth of free resources available on the internet to develop your mind, skills, and understanding in all subjects./r/RedditDayOf - Where everyday is a new topic for readers to research and post the best information they can find on the subject./r/LanguageLearning - Resources for those wanting to learn to speak/read a new language./r/LearnProgramming - Programming resources for new developers./r/Answers - Get answers to the questions about "everything you ever wanted to know about anything but were afraid to ask.".If you believe your post has been inappropriately flagged as spam, please message the moderators with a link to your post and we'll sort it out for you.Īlso, check out No Excuse List and The Zencyclopedia, created by members of our community for links to other great resources for learning new things!
